Local Implementation Strategy (LIS)

The Local Implementation Strategy (LIS) programme continues the work developed by the outgoing health authorities and accommodate the increasing modernisation agenda the NHS currently faces. As part of a Governmental drive to modernise services the LIS focuses on the development of information management and technology to support both the professional within the service and the public via access to information.   This LIS programme covers two Primary Care Trusts; Sutton & Merton and Wandsworth.

The LIS programme is developed through collaborative working with all stakeholder organisations:

Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust
St George's Healthcare NHS Trust
Royal Marsden Hospital (Sutton)
Sutton & Merton Primary Care Trust
Wandsworth Primary Care Trust
South West London and St George's Mental Health Trust
